I write clear, concise, human copy. I develop and use solid UX principles across human touchpoints and product families. I partner best with cross-disciplinary teams —design, research, engineering, product, marketing, and support — to drive ideal states and core messages for hardware, software, and other programs.

I’m obsessed with excellence, and I champion the use of research and data to inform content and improve the human experience with it. I can also drive ambiguous territories with gut instincts on UX and style-geared product improvements — informed by over 24 years of leading & writing — that secure human loyalty and heighten sharing and satisfaction. 

I thrive in making new processes, artifacts & systems for the content design of emerging tech fields.
